I. Scope of application: 

Goods which start shipment overseas and continue to ship to overseas via China domestic land shall all be applicable to declare customs by Declaration of Transit goods

II. Filling Standard: 

1. Declaration unit: Full name of the operation unit which is entrusted to fulfill transit goods declaration formalities. 

2.  Transit transport vehicle and number: Name and number of the vehicle that transport transit goods to outside of China. For example, car plate number and train number. 

3. Address and phone number: Permanent office address and telephone number of the declaration unit. 

4. Shipping document number: number of shipping documents of transit goods, such as loading list and manifest.

5.  Port of entry and date: place of entry in China of the transit goods and date of entry. The year, month and day shall be filled in detail. 

6. Waybill or B/L No.: fill in the numbers of relevant documents according to the waybill or B/L.

7. Inbound transport vehicle: Name and number of the vehicle that transport transit goods into China.

8. Port of exit: the place where the transit goods leave china after released by customs.

9.  Combined transport document No.: Fill in according to actual transport condition.

10. Date of outbound: date of shipping commencement and date of outbound in China of the transit goods. The year, month and day shall be filled in detail. 

11. Customs seal No. of the place of entry: The customs seal number established by the customs of the place of entry.

12. Outbound transport vehicle and number: Name and number of the vehicle that transport transit goods to leave China. For example, car plate number and train number.

13. Mark and number: marks and numbers of the transit goods.

14. Number of packages: Number of packages of the transit goods which have the same commodity number. 

15.  Description of goods: Chinese name, specification, model, quality and grade of the transit goods. If there are more than one good or specification, it shall be completed item by item. 

16. Commodity number: fill in according to the regulations of Commodity Classification for China Customs Statistics.

17. Weight: Gross weight of the transit goods.

18. Unit (kg): The unit of measurement for weight of goods shall all be kilogram.

19. Price: Price of a single commodity, noting the currency.

20. Seal No.: Seal number of customs seal that performed on goods

21. Total number: Fill in total package, weight and value of this batch of transit goods.
